responsibilities:

• Generate accurate, on time invoices

• Generate pro forma invoices and outputs required by

shipping department

• Distributing invoices to clients

• Being proactive in resolving invoicing / invoice distribution

related problems

• Responding to external/internal inquiries

• Partnering with internal teams and vendors for issue

resolution, providing professional assistance in answering

questions

• Ensure audit compliance

• Proactively suggesting process improvements where

possible

• Handle generic mailboxes in relation to Invoicing

• Maintain and regularly update invoicing related SOPs and

guidelines

• Provide training and guidance to new joiners, supervise AR

Intern(s)

• Other duties as ordered by the direct manager

• Perform month end closing activities

Requirements:

University degree in Accounting/Finance or Accounting

profesional equivalent.

• Minimum 2 years' experience in Invoicing and/or Accounts

Receivable area

• A good understanding of an ERP (SAP) system

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an emphasis on Excel

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining

accuracy and providing top notch customer service

• Being a team player with a can-do-mentality

• Great customer service is essential

• Critical thinking is a must

• Excellent English and Spanish language skills both verbal

and written

• Portugal language skills are considered a plus
