About the Role  

In this opportunity as a Sr. Business Operations Analyst, you will:

• Gather and analyze data from various sources to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI to provide real-time visibility into business metrics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and reporting needs.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of business operations and present findings to senior management.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose data-driven solutions.
• Manage data integrity and consistency across multiple platforms and systems.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in business analytics.
• Analyze and optimize operational processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Develop and implement business performance metrics to measure productivity and identify areas for improvement.

About You

You're a fit for the role if your background includes:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Five years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Proficiency with Power BI and other data visualization tools.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
