Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Architecture or related field

Age: 35-45 years

Minimum of 10 years' experience in construction and electromechanical works

Conversational level of English (Essential)

Functions:

-         Coordinate and assign supervision of civil works execution and interfaces with electromechanical components.

-         Preparation, reconciliation and monitoring of work programs.

-         Preparation and validation of reports of activities.

-         Training of supervisory personnel for the placement of special installations

-         Control of interface material inventories (anchors, embedded elements and special parts)

-         Coordinate agendas, resources, equipment and information on projects and work execution

-         Collaborate with those in charge of architecture and engineering to identify the requirements, scope and objectives of the project

-         Ensure that the needs of the system are met as the project evolves

-         Preparation and implementation of supervision processes based on a Integrated Management System (ISO45000) 

Requirements:

-         Availability for change of residence

-         Knowledge of ISO (Occupational Safety, Environment and Quality Control)

-         Personnel management and dealing with clients

-         Knowledge of AutoCAD 2D, Microsoft Office (Intermediate)
