Planning Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience

Job Description:

• Develop and prepare comprehensive project plans and budgets
• Implement project plans, ensuring logical sequencing based on available resources
• Plan, organize, and allocate resources in accordance with the project schedule
• Monitor construction progress, proactively identifying potential delays or deviations
• Facilitate the preparation of method statements and submit them to clients and consultants for approval
• Create time cycle charts for major activities to ensure clarity of project timelines
• Conduct progress review meetings at regular intervals
• Analyze discrepancies between planned and actual progress, highlighting areas requiring corrective action for the project team

Candidate Profile:

• Proven hands-on experience in planning and budgeting for industrial construction projects
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 or similar project management software
• Strong ability to manage budgets, track expenses, and control costs effectively
• Skilled in risk identification and mitigation strategies
• Demonstrated leadership and motivational skills to guide and manage project teams
