Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and assist them in a courteous and professional manner.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, providing accurate and timely information about products, services, and store policies.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively, aiming to achieve a positive resolution for both the customer and the store.
Process sales transactions accurately.
Maintain a strong knowledge of the store's products, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Handle and process customer online orders, ensuring timely fulfillment and delivery.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Proven experience in a customer service role.
Advanced English and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with diverse customers.
Patience, empathy, and the ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
Familiarity with computer applications
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Commitment to providing outstanding customer service and resolving issues promptly.
