You will provide excellent customer service, analyzing and responding to customer inquiries, collaborating with our teams, and using computerized systems for tracking and troubleshooting. We are looking for advanced English language skills, proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), and Office.

Main Responsibilities

Customer Service is the primary function of this position, willing to work with people.
Analyze the inquiries and requirements that the customers send through emails, phone calls, or purchase orders, to provide accurate information back to the customer and our teams and partners.
May assess needs and suggest/promotes alternative products.
Daily interactions with the teams in the production site: Planning, Production, Shipping, Quality, Purchasing, Sales, Finance., to exchange relevant information about the orders/products of the customers.
Requires ability to navigate a computerized data entry system or other relevant applications.
Use computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting. Requires general knowledge of the organization and products.

Qualifications

Experienced Customer Service role with between 3 to 5 years of related experience.
College degree: International Businesses, Logistics, Administration or related areas.
Advanced English.
Outlook, Excel and Office experience.
Teamwork.
Committed and responsible.
Well performance.
