Objective
The Sales Coordinator oversees sales for the organization and meets monthly volume and revenue quotas. They act as liaisons by providing valuable customer and operational team feedback to upper management.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate Sales: Schedule meetings, events, and weekly hunting activities to pursue new customers according to Euro-American standards.
- Client Communication: Making follow-up calls and liaising between sales representatives and departments.
- Customer Information: Analyze sell rate data and update customer records.
- Preparing Materials: Creating presentations, writing invoices, and maintaining sales supplies.
- Administrative Tasks: Support operations and administrative teams in invoicing on time and correctly according to initial agreements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, international business, industrial engineering, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or a similar role (+3 years).
- Strong understanding of sales in logistics and transportation companies on ground transportation (Full Truck Load & Less than Truck Load).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Payment
Base Monthly Salary: 35,000 MXN
Variable Compensation Scheme:
1st year: 5% over gross profit (per shipment)
Example:
Sell Rate USD 1,000 (1 FTL)
Gross Profit: 10% = USD 100
Variable Compensation: 5% = USD 5
2nd year: 3% over gross profit (per shipment)
3er year: 0% (Euro American Legacy Account)
*Commissions will be paid after clients pay by Euro American.
*Commissions will be paid every month (no limit on shipments).
