?? Talent Acquisition Social Media & Content Creator

Location: Hybrid | Occasional Travel | Full-Time

A BRIEF OVERVIEW

In this role, you'll create engaging visual and written content to support our hiring efforts across job boards and social media platforms. You'll help us attract top talent by bringing our brand to life through posts, videos, and campaigns that make an impact.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

?? Manage content across social media channels and job boards, ensuring consistency and visibility of open roles.

?? Collaborate with recruiters and team leaders to understand hiring needs and turn them into creative, engaging content.

?? Create and edit video content and visual materials using tools like Canva and CapCut.

?? Develop and schedule posts, monitor performance, and adjust content strategies based on analytics.

?? Support internal campaigns and recruitment events with content planning, digital coverage, and on-site materials.

?? Track post engagement and suggest improvements to increase reach and effectiveness.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE!

?? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields (preferred).

?? At least 6 months of experience managing social media content or job boards.

?? Basic understanding or prior exposure to Talent Acquisition or recruitment.

?? Skilled in content creation tools like CapCut, Canva, Illustrator, or Photoshop.

?? Excellent writing and communication skills – English level B2 preferred.

?? Creative, proactive, organized, and confident working independently.

?? A team player with a strong sense of ownership and passion for engaging audiences.

?? Open to a hybrid work model and occasional travel.
