- Manage and accelerate business growth in Mexico, ensuring execution of the commercial strategy and alignment with regional headquarters.
- Expand the client portfolio, targeting enterprise and mid-market customers.
- Manage and manage mid/large teams, driving performance and development.
- Build strong relationships with key customers, implementing a data-focused approach to customer success.
- Coordinate with teams across LATAM and the U.S. to ensure smooth execution and strategic alignment.
Perfil del candidato
A successful Country Manager should have:
- 8+ years in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 3 years guiding teams.
- Experience in logistics or retail tech is a plus.
- Degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields; MBA or similar is preferred.
- Native Spanish speaker with advanced English (C1 or higher).
- Strong networking skills with experience in sector events and public speaking.
- Goal-oriented with a history of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong execution skills, capable of quickly moving from strategy to action.
- Strategic thinker with a proven ability to use market data for planning.
- Excellent Management abilities focused on motivating, developing, and retaining talent.
- Ability to navigate change and ambiguity in dynamic environments.
