About The Role

We are looking for a Web Digital Designer to join our creative, high-performing collaborative team. You'll be working closely with Project Managers & other Web Digital Designers to bring concepts to life while maintaining UI best practices. The ideal candidate is someone with demonstrated industry experience, and a passion for pixel-perfect, intuitive interfaces. A true self-starter who takes initiative, is organized and highly detailed-oriented.

You will gain experience working across a wide variety of client websites, with templates as well as bespoke needs and requests. This busy and productive team works on multiple projects, per person, per week, so we'll definitely keep you busy. It's highly collaborative and supportive and we're looking for someone who will thrive in that environment.

Role available remotely within Mexico

Web Design portfolios are required

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-fidelity UI web designs and prototypes for the purpose of web implementation by our development teams;
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects, timely and efficiently;
• Work with other teams to execute creative assignments from kick-off to launch; and
• Follow the client's brand guidelines in the implementation of designs.

Desired Skills, Education & Experience

• Understanding of current UI principles and best practices;
• Strong proficiency in Figma, Sketch or Adobe CC Suite;
• Web design portfolio demonstrating a range of relevant work;
• A strong understanding of composition, colour, imagery and typography;
• Someone who can contribute to a highly-collaborative design process;
• High attention to detail;
• Excellent organizational, communication and presentation skills;2 years of industry experience in a digital design role is highly desirable; and
• A diploma/ Degree in Digital media/Interactive design would be a distinct advantage.
