Technical Sales Support (apply with your resume in English)

Profile:

• Associate's degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical or Polymer technology.
• Minimum 1 year experience in related field to engineering and/or polymer technology.
• Skills: Teamwork, Effective communication, Planning, Decision Making (operational), Honesty, Problem solving, Responsibility, Innovation
• Advanced English.

Main Responsibilities:

Quote support

• Supporting sales to find technical solutions for customer requirements.
• Technical processing of incoming enquiries within a defined timeframe.
• Cost evaluation with the support of engineering and / or controlling. Price calculation based on defined guidelines.
• Supporting with feasibility studies for machines and special options.
• Preparation and dispatch of technical documentation.
• Mantaining SharePoint special options platform.

Order Process

• Technical detailed clarification of customer orders.
• Check and processing of incoming order changes and implementation of order changes.
• Supporting the sales coordinator at customer pre-acceptances.
• Participation in customer meetings (for example design reviews).
