Bachelor's degree: International business, Commercial relations, Logistics, or equivalent.

Experience: 3 years of experience in logistics operations, dealing with customers, shipment tracking, dealing with customs brokers, invoicing, inventory control, sales.

ADVANCED ENGLISH ESSENTIAL

Mission:

Logistics coordination(Especially for Automotive industry): monitoring and executing of import process, scheduling supplier payment, follow up with the customers to attend their deliveries and the material process.

Main Purpose of the role and Responsibility

Import process: Monitoring vessel status, review the Pedimentos, Internal Control: supplier payment (Freshdesk), check and confirm deliveries, request the process of the invoice (Freshdesk), monitoring customer statement?
