UKG Kronos Senior Consultant
?Therol is a hybrid position. In person meetings can be attended in one of the following Mexico locations: Guadalajara, Monterrey, CDMX, Querétaro, or Aguascalientes.
As a Workforce Management Consultant, you will work as part of implementations teams to gather business requirements, design, configure and test software, and provide technical support for all aspects of the suite of WFM products including Kronos Workforce Central, Dimensions, or other WFM software products. Support consultant with experience on UKG (legacy Kronos) Dimensions / Workforce Central.
Technical Skills:
- Troubleshooting skills and configuration experience using UKG (legacy Kronos) Workforce Dimensions (R7 or higher) / Workforce Central (v.8.0, or higher) in one or more of its modules (Timekeeper / Accruals / Leave / Attendance / Attestation / Advanced Scheduler / Activities).
- SQL and/or other query tools.
- Ability to translate business requirements in technical system specifications.
- Ability to develop current and future state process flows
- Ability to analyze complex data or facts, find patterns, and organize and summarize findings.
- Ability to work on complex, fast-paced projects in a collaborative team setting.
- Experience with Excel, PowerPoint and other project management tools.
Experience:
- 6+ years of professional experience.
- Experience with Kronos suite of time and attendance software and system configuration, which can be UKG (legacy Kronos) Workforce Dimensions / Workforce Central in one or more of its modules (Timekeeper / Accruals / Leave / Attendance / Attestation / Advanced Scheduler / Activities).
- Experience with Kronos Workforce Device Manager (WDM) and Workforce Integration Manager (WIM)
- 1+ years gathering business requirements and documenting design specifications, and test scripts for system modifications and additional solutions needed.
- Experience working in a help desk, or providing support roles during system implementations.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good logical and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and in teams, interacting with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
