What success looks like in this role:

Role Purpose:

Works on problems of limited scope, through usage of standard programming concepts and principles. Works under high supervision/ guidance with frequent review of accomplished objectives. Requires theoretical knowledge of programming languages. Expected to learn on the job towards developing domain knowledge along with technical/ proprietary skills.

Key Responsibilities/Outcomes:

• Under direct supervision, loads debug, and modifies application data configurations in ServiceNow, SalesForce or Global Logistics.
• Data configurations are used in Field Services Management, mobile apps or web applications.
• Performs testing and debugging of applications.
• Functions as an escalation point for well-defined incidents and basic problems.
• Applies diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to correct failures.
• While the primary schedule will be the first shift, may be required to work a flexible schedule.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• Requires a Bachelor's and related work experience of at least 1 year.
• English advance.
• ServiceNow experience using or administering, Field Services Management preferred.
• Advanced spreadsheet user experience, and database experience is a plus.
