Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Works as HR business partner to the staff team to ensure professional HR support in all operational HR issues and requirements. - Responsible for Labor relations, Safety and Training areas. - Responsible for compliance of STPS regulations. Desired knowledge and manage of the PASST. - Manage industrial relations locally. - Manage the labor contract and internal labor policies related issues concerning employees. - Responsible of plans and programs for recruiting, selecting, onboarding, developing and retaining employees. - Responsible of payroll. - Responsible of HR KPIs as: Absenteeism, Turnover, Safety, labor flexibility, etc. - Assure full compliance of Code of Conduct and internal policies and regulations. - Manage compensation and benefits.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience in a manufacturing industry with a proven track record of successful management of HR Teams, roles and responsibilities. - Bachelor degree required, with focus on Business Administration (preferred). Master degree is a plus. - Customer focus, action and results oriented, ethics and values, integrity and trust, teamwork, leadership, negotiation and communication. - Knowledge in Mexican labor law, Social Security law, STPS, Oracle, ISO 9001.
