Reporting to the Director of Human Resources LATAM, this position is responsible for all Human Resources functions in Nogales Sonora, México. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to recruitment, wage and salary administration, benefits administration, and employee relations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or proven experience in a related field. Minimum of seven years of experience including personnel Management.

Reporting to the Director of Human Resources LATAM, this position is responsible for all Human Resources functions in Nogales Sonora, México. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to recruitment, wage and salary administration, benefits administration, and employee relations.
- Plans, organizes and manages all Human Resources activity for the Nogales Operations Site.
- Manages the recruitment activity for the division, including manpower planning, interviewing, selection, and retention practices.
- Provide guidance to supervisory personnel regarding Human Resources and employee relations issues, to constructively resolve problems.
- Administration of Human Resources policies and procedures
- Performance Management and Salary Planning according to corporate guidelines and pre-established budgets, providing analysis and consultation as needed.
- Ensure competitive pay practices.
- Employee Benefits administration.
- Ensure legal compliance including record keeping, policy statements, non-discriminatory practices, regulation compliance, affirmative action, etc.
- Ensure employee training and development needs and Requirements are met and in compliance with the related regulations.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of Corporate Human Resources programs.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or proven experience in a related field. Minimum of seven years of experience including personnel Management.
- Interpersonal relationships and Conflicts Solution Skills.
- Ability to exercise considerable initiative and independent judgement. Skills in decision-making.
- Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Knowledge of Compensation & Benefits background.
- Knowledge of Mexico Labor laws impacting employment and ability to interpret and apply applicable laws and regulations.
