The Commercial Engineering team is looking to add a strong Sr. Business Analyst to a well-established global engineering team. This position requires someone passionate, independent thinker, works well collaboratively across multiple disciplines, and is comfortable working with a variety of people and technology stacks. In this position, you will operate as a Business Analyst role with a focus on providing support in the Trials and Commerce Capabilities focusing on the Digital channel and eCommerce Platforms.

About the Role
In this opportunity as Sr. Business Analyst, you will:
- Responsible for the elicitation, analysis, and documentation of a client's business needs and requirements.
- Elicit, write formal specifications, and communicate business requirements between development and client to design and implement business solutions.
- Develop and improve business processes within the technology and business organizations and understand client requirements, specifying and analyzing these to a sufficient level of detail to ensure clarity of definition.
- Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions as required.
- Make technical solution recommendations to meet requirements based on understanding of how technical solutions will impact the business and stakeholders as required.
- Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers.
- Use a structured requirements process to assess near-term needs.
- Adhere to metrics to ensure customer satisfaction and may recommend metrics.
- Ensure that implementation follows the design.
- Ensure change management and communication of change to team and/or client is done in a systematic way for complex projects.
- Proactively identify, recommend, and implement improvements to the process.
- Develop an in-depth awareness and understanding of multiple Thomson Reuters technologies, products, and services.
- Participate in short term planning sessions with a client to improve a business process.
About You
You are an ideal fit for the role of a Sr. Business Analyst if you have:
- 3 to 5 years of experience working as a Business Analyst
- Have technical knowledge of frontend.
- Mandatory digital marketing experience.
- Preferred focused on accessibility requirements.
- Knowledge on Jira or ADO (Azure DevOps Server).
- Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, (i.e., requirements definition through testing/implementation)
- Understand business requirements and translate them to technical requirements.
- Adobe experience manager or other content manager systems
- Preferred knowledge on Lucid charts, design packages, Microsoft Suite.
