Key Responsibilities:

• Source new carriers to support growing transportation needs.
• Negotiate rates, terms, and service levels with domestic and international carriers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with carrier partners.
• Ensure carrier compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with the dispatch and operations teams to align carrier capacity with freight demand.
• Monitor carrier performance and address service issues as needed.
• Utilize TMS (Transportation Management System) tools to track loads and optimize routes.
• Communicate effectively with both English and Spanish-speaking carriers and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken) required.
