As a Business Analysis Specialist, you will collaborate with departments or teams to clarify and communicate our requirements, assuring products and services are aligned with needs. You will provide services such as business process improvement, priority-setting facilitation, project definition or design, and broker IT and contract services. 3+ years of experience in IT, business process, or consulting roles required. Understanding of how IT affects an organization and ability to link it to redesigned business processes. You will report to the head of operations. Remote friendly.

Main Responsibilities.

• Experience in gathering requirements, functional design, testing and working with business processes.

• Understanding of how IT affects an organization and ability to link it to redesigned business processes.

• Good technical knowledge and ability to translate complex technical concepts in terms that are understandable to the business.

• Understanding of software development and release methodologies

• Networks with other PPG Analysts to understand how IT solutions are deployed in other areas to solve business problems.

Qualifications.

• Degree or higher in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience.

• 4 or more years of IT or a related discipline experience

• Experience with participation on IT project teams.

• Fluent English skills.

• Availability for travel occasionally.
