Workday System Analyst
Will apply advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues and will be regarded as a subject matter expert. Will frequently contribute to the development of new ideas, solutions and methods working with many cross functional businesses outside of the TA space; WFP, Compensation, Talent, GRE, M&A, BU's, Country HR and many more.

How you'll make your mark:
  • Workday Recruiting and HCM; Business Process, configuration, security and reporting
  • Leading and/or providing expertise to functional and cross-functional project teams
  • Acting as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements for COE's/Business Partners and to internal team
  • Exercising independent judgment to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives as part of a team and individually
  • Applying design thinking and managing ambiguity


About you
  • Solid experience with Workday systems 3 to 5 years
  • Experience in Talent Acquisition system processes: recruiting, hiring, onboarding - Employee life cycle
  • Experience working through complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
  • Experience providing solutions consulting
  • Written and verbal communication skills; know the audience
  • Advanced English

Annual Salary: $83,500.00 - $192,100.00
