Requirements:
· -90% English
· Good Attitude
· University education with degree
· Previous experience in Human Resources
· More than 5 years of experience in human resources management for department heads
· Responsible for building the human resources team, selection, staffing, training and evaluation of department personnel
· Develop and implement personnel recruitment and selection programs
· Coordinate and supervise activities related to personnel administration
· Create strategies for the development and retention of talent within the company
· Manage labor relations and promote a positive and productive work environment
· Preparation and payments of biweekly and weekly payrolls
