The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting top IT talent and a deep understanding of both the recruitment cycle and the software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, attract, and engage top-tier IT professionals to meet our clients' needs.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing and onboarding.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team dynamics.
Stay updated on trends in the IT industry and adapt recruitment strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
Bilingual in English (C1 level)
Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Administration.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT recruitment.
Solid understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.
Knowledge of the software development lifecycle.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
