As a Partner Manager at Serviap Global, you will play a critical role in developing and managing strategic partnerships with key industry players. You will be responsible for identifying, cultivating, and nurturing relationships with potential and existing partners, ensuring these partnerships contribute significantly to Serviap Global's overall growth strategy.
Responsibilities:
Identify and research potential partners that align with Serviap Global's business objectives and target markets.
Develop and execute comprehensive partner recruitment strategies.
Lead the partner onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and successful integration.
Develop and implement joint marketing and sales initiatives to drive mutual growth.
Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with Serviap Global's interests.
Track and analyze partner performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and partner ecosystem dynamics.
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate partner program performance to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in partner management, business development, or a related field.
Advanced English is a must!
Experience in service companies (outsourcing, tech, etc)
Proven track record of building and managing successful partner relationships.
Strong understanding of B2B sales and marketing strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software is a plus.
