About the Role

• Grow profit and revenue, through sales leadership and the strategic development of TDSC sales resources within assigned TDSC territories/programs

What You'll Do

• Deliver set goals through motivating and leading a TDSC sales team
• Deliver sales strategies in conjunction with VP, peers, and other sales leaders
• Cascade key business strategies, targets, and relevant business opportunities in a timely and compelling manner
• Develop annual plan for team aligned with overall TDSC initiatives and fiscal goals
• Provide executive updates on the plan and insight to market, customer, and competitor activities
• Provide accurate weekly forecast including key pipeline and risk mitigation plans
• Recruitment, management, and retention of key staff to achieve the plan
• Create a winning culture by motivating, coaching, and developing the team, ensuring the team has the required level of skills and knowledge to perform against their roles and responsibilities
• Influence key stakeholders to ensure TDSC maintains outstanding service levels to both internal and external customers
• Understand the TDSC sales process and execution points (quoting, credit, docs, funding)
• Understand Risk and or Control factors involved in the TDSC business and ensure adherence to policies
• Maintain close relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally
• Maintain positive and effective peer relationships
• Represents TDSC at corporate events and trade shows
• Resolves customer issues and or problems in the most efficient and timely manner possible
