You will be responsible for communicating booking updates with our key transfer suppliers and destination teams to ensure a smooth Service Delivery operation.

• Strong administration & organisational skills 
• Can think things through logically to simplify tasks
• Easily adapts to a variety of changes to ways of working and quickly react to operational issues.
• Can solve problems independently and/or make suggestions how to improve ways of working & embrace our digital culture. 
• Fluent in verbal and written English. Additional languages advantageous. 
• Is a collaborative team player - displaying the TUI values & behaviours required

ABOUT THE JOB

• Monitoring and follow up of services planned through the multiple suppliers.
• Coordinating change and replanning during daily operations, for airport and ports and managing last minute bookings and amendments
• Ability to think quickly to replan, according to vehicle availability.
• Solving daily operational incidents relating to TUI Group package services 
• Monitoring and managing constantly any changes, modifications and/or cancellations to be updated in the planning system for running a smooth operation.  
• To meet standards with last minute requests (flight delays, crews, etc)
• To ensure portfolio benefits of services impacted for invoice purposes.
