Location of the vacancy: Libramiento, VymsaIndustrial Park, General Escobedo, Nuevo Leon.

I. Required

- Industrial, Environmental Engineering or similar.

- Minimum 3 years experience as EHSS leader or similar in Industrial or manufacturing Enviroment.

- Fluent English (able to sustain a conversation by himself)

II. Skills

- ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and other standards related to OSHA and Environmental.

- Current legislation on labor in regards of environmental, and property rights.

- Risk prevention programs and emergency protocols.

- EHSS management software (SIPROSA, Enablon, etc.) – desirable.

- Certification of: OSHA, STPS (DC-3, DC-4), ISO Internal auditor – desirable

- Knowledge on Ergonomics and work conditions - desirable

- Leadership and cross-functional influence.

* Effective communication (oral and written).

* High level of organization and follow-through.

* Change management and preventive culture.

* decisions making in critical situations.

III. Responsibilities

Industrial Safety and Occupational Health

- Identify and evaluate occupational risks.

- Develop accident and occupational disease prevention programs.

- Manage the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

- Coordinate emergency drills and internal brigades.

- Investigate incidents/accidents and propose corrective actions.

- Coordinate medical examinations and monitoring of occupational health conditions.

Environment

- Ensure compliance with local and national environmental regulations.

- Supervise the management of hazardous and non-hazardous waste.

- Monitor environmental indicators (emissions, water consumption, energy, etc.).

- Coordinate environmental audits and improvement programs.

Property Security

- Manage access control systems and physical and electronic surveillance.

- Coordinate with private security providers.

- Implement measures to prevent theft, loss, vandalism and sabotage.

- Safeguard physical assets and confidential documentation.

- Perform vulnerability analysis and contingency plans.
