The Role:

We are seeking a Senior .NET Developer with over 10 years of experience in delivering scalable enterprise applications using .NET Core, SQL Server, and AWS. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to interact effectively with clients and cross-functional teams. Experience in mortgage/finance domains, large-scale applications, and AI-driven development is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in all Agile/Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Collaborate with stakeholders for requirement gathering, story estimation, and analysis
• Perform UI and database design, develop application features, and conduct unit testing
• Handle UAT and production bug fixes, code deployment to Dev/STG environments
• Provide production support, monitor daily/weekly jobs, and participate in release calls
• Support and mentor junior developers through requirement analysis, development, and issue resolution
• Perform daily project health monitoring and ensure smooth development operations

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in:
  • .NET Core MVC, C#, Entity Framework, Web API
  • JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, Kendo UI
  • SQL Server - complex queries, stored procedures, and data analysis
  • SSIS and cloud technologies (AWS: S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, SQS)
• Strong knowledge of relational databases: SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, including Extreme Programming (XP)
• Familiarity with design patterns, code refactoring, and unit testing
• Exposure to AI-driven development and QA processes is highly preferred
• Experience with Linux and open-source technologies is a plus
• Background in mortgage/finance domains or handling high-volume, large-scale applications is an advantage
