Supports the daily partner program operations and infrastructure within the partner program organization. Follows procedures for the lifecycle of onboarding and maintenance of partners in the program.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Query Management (20%)
Program Incentive & Warranty Administration (60%)
Life-Cycle Management - Onboarding/Offboarding (20%)
All other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Work Shift
Day (Mexico - Jalisco)
Supports the daily partner program operations and infrastructure within the partner program organization. Follows procedures for the lifecycle of onboarding and maintenance of partners in the program.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Query Management (20%)
- Responds to standard generalized inbox requests for various regions.
- Responds to phone calls from partners, customers, and the Panduit sales team
- Explains programs, products, and procedures to partners and sales team via phone, virtual meetings, and email.
- Resolves standard partner issues by working with partner program administrators and other partner interfacing teams.
- Supports team in partner issue resolution.
- Serves as a backup Partner Operations Specialist if needed.
Program Incentive & Warranty Administration (60%)
- Reviews, collates, and processes data and information for incentive processing, approval, and payment.
- Follows processes and procedures to ensure incentive applications are properly vetted, calculated, and approved
- Submits payment requests for approval
- Reviews, collates, and processes information for warranty approval and issuance
- Follows processes and procedures to ensure warranty applications are properly vetted and approved
Life-Cycle Management - Onboarding/Offboarding (20%)
- Processes new partner applications and on-boards new partner companies to the program
- Facilitates the partner off-boarding process when a partner is removed from the program
- Updates, tracks and maintains partners' data, activity, etc. in the partner portal for their duration in the program.
All other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Required Degree: Bachelor's degree
- Years of Experience: 2-4 years
