As a Project Management Specialist in our Regional Delivery Center in Mexico, you'll play a pivotal role in driving efficiency and quality across various internal projects. You'll join a dynamic team committed to excellence, leveraging Nokia's Project Management methodology to ensure projects are executed on time, within budget, and meet contractual standards. Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day project management activities, ensuring alignment with Nokia's PM methodology and meeting internal and external stakeholder needs.
- Support Customer and Project Managers in the full lifecycle of project management including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Monitor project progress, managing financial performance indicators, and ensuring timely delivery according to contract specifications.
- Facilitate communication across project teams through governance meetings, documentation, and sharing lessons learned within the PM community.
- Improve and optimize project management processes by collecting requirements and initiating tools and process change requests.
- Create and manage reports for sales forecasting, order tracking, and project status updates using Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
- Act as a key user for project management tools, providing training, and support for team members in utilizing these resources effectively.
- Ensure compliance with Nokia Information Security policies and complete required internal certifications for project management operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, International Business, or related are
- 3-5 years of experience in project management or similar roles
- Strong knowledge in accounting and finance: sales forecasting, cost management, risk analysis
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (Dynamic Tables, Complex Formulas, Data Base Management)
It would be nice if you also had:
- Experience with SAP ERP (BPP, BWP, P20, QTC)
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, WtD, JPC, IT Service NOW, and GBS
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools (Power BI, Power App, Power Query, SharePoint)
- Experience with resource management tools like Lawson and ngERM
