GENERAL SUMMARY:
Responsible for all the direct to production area.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage the requisition of personnel starting from the swingings (line balancing) produced by the industrial engineering department.
• Produce and manage the annual holidays, the vacations absences, formations for all manpower directed to production.
• Responsible for the cost of employee salary and travel as needed.
• To carry out the distribution, administrative management and the coordination of the employees for the team of replacement (Pool).
• Responsible for the follow up the budget for the minutes vehicles by team and area.
• Administration of the workplaces in collaboration with the people involved.
• Develop a manpower forecast requirements by week and for the following month.
• Taken the role to communicate and transfer knowledge of minute vehicle to floor supervisor.
• Coordinates personnel during low or NO production periods.
• Upload and update SKU's in SAP-costing (finance topic).
• Create cost object hierarchy, cost collections and link them to their hierarchy in SAP (finance topic).
• Create and close internal orders (productive and non productive hours in SAP)
• Any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
• Performs activities related to safety.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
• Bachelor Degree
• Bilingual ( English-Spanish) both oral and written desirable.
• Two years in similar position
• Great Team work experience
• Human relation leadership
• Files keeper
• Computers skill
• Good communication ability oral and written
