Responsibilities

The Opportunity

The Role of Sales Support Asst Analyst has the objective of supporting PMF (PepsiCo Mexico Foods) business teams by executing and populating the information related to the Sales area.

As the Sales Support Asst Analyst, it will be necessary to work through requirements gathering with functional teams.

Your Impact

As Sales Support Asst Analyst your responsibilities would consist of:

• Following to Sales daily, weekly and monthly.
• Following FCST and AOP
• Establish process to identify, track, escalate, resolve and report customer problems.
• Participate in fine tuning activities to improve performance and/or ensure the SLA
• Consistently attending meeting with the client subject matter expert to acquire functional business requirements.
• Participate the continues improvements meeting
• Execute reports according to SLAs (Service level agreement)

Who Are We Looking For?

• Bachellor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Data and Analytics or similar.
• Experience in Sales - data analytics
• Intermediate English
• Intermediate skills on Microsoft Excel.
• Power BI skills.
• Customer focused, adaptable, strong follow up and organizational skills
• Clear Communication to all stakeholders (internal and external)
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time
