Qualifications/Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree on Engineering or Business Administration

· Excellent communication skills, interpersonal, oral and written.

· Fluent in English.

· Knowledge of ERP (SAP).

· Knowledge of inventory management concepts (re-order point, safety stock, EOQ).

· Proficient use of Microsoft Excel.

· Ability to read and interpret material prints (drawings).

· Minimum 1 or 3 years of experience in supply chain operations on a Metal Mechanical Industry.

Essential Responsibilities:

·Responsible for the procurement of production material and outsourced component processing.

·Develop material planning tools and processes to manage critical milestones in the supply chain.

·Work jointly with Sourcing to strategically develop new suppliers as necessary, to reduce costs and manufacturing risks.

·Work jointly with Warehouse leadership and Finance to insure invoice matching and timely payment to suppliers.

· Creation and issuance of demand forecasts for long lead-time items to suppliers.

· Provide support and follow up on Quality claims to suppliers and obtain replacement material or equivalent credit memo.
