DESIGN ENGINEER

Design Rule Book and GD&T, ensuring that the quality, cost and on time delivery fulfill customer expectations, standards, and applicable governmental regulations.

Usage of Product Engineering Process (PEP) and Product Engineering (PE) principles: Engineering requirements, product design, design verification and product release for customer projects awarded.

Usage and maintenance of desing/data systems from SEG: NX software, ANSYS (for Finite Element Analysis), Windchill and Infor for product design and bill of materials creation.

Contribution in customer projects acquisition by providing the technical information (2D Drawings, 3D models, mockups, packaging study, tolerance calculations, etc) to the plant for the quotation process.

Usage of ECM (Engineering change management) toolset in SAP system from creation until implementation of engineering changes for generators and starters.

REQUIREMENTS:

• MECHANICAL, MECHATRONICS OR INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING
• EXPERIENCE IN PRODUCT DESIGN, PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT AND REQUIERMENTS OF AUTOMOTIVE COMPONENTS.
• ADVANCE DESIGN EXPERIENCE NX SOFTWARE
