Responsibilities:
· Coordination and execution of internal and external audits.
· Follow-up on analysis of findings and closure from system and process audits.
· Maintenance and documentation of the quality management system.
· Moderator of Process FMEA and follow-up on LPA audit system.
· Follow-up and maintenance of Customer Specific Requirements and customer satisfaction.
· Development of improvement methodologies.
Mandatory Requirements
Education: Industrial Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Electromechanical Engineer, Mechatronics Engineer.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in quality areas (quality engineer)
Required Knowledge:
· IATF 16949 Standard.
· ISO 9000 Standard.
· Core tools: PFMEA, SPC, PPAP, APQP, MSA.
· Problem-solving: 8Ds, 5Whys, Ishikawa Diagram, etc.
· Experience in conducting audits.
· Basic knowledge of customer-specific requirements (GM, FORD, STL, VW)
· Experience conducting Layered Process Audits (LPAs)
· Intermediate English (oral, written)
Hard Skills:
· Certification as Lead Auditor in IATF 16949.
· VDA 6.5 Certification.
· Certifications in CQI's 9, 15, 14.
· Knowledge in Six Sigma.
· Knowledge in alternators and starters (starter motors) or electronic processes.
· Knowledge of manufacturing processes: welding, screwing, die casting.
Soft Skills:
