Design Engineer – Cockpit & Seat Systems | NX + Teamcenter | Saltillo (On-Site)

?? Join the Interior Engineering Team at a Global Automotive OEM – Saltillo

We are looking for Product Design Engineers to support the development of cockpit and seat structure systems. This is a full on-site position based at the Saltillo plant.

?? What you'll be working on:

You'll design and release key components such as:

• Instrument panels
• Center consoles
• Seat frames and brackets
• Plastic and metal support structures
• Trim housings and interior modules

All design work is executed using NX and Teamcenter in a highly collaborative environment with manufacturing and validation teams.

?? Your main responsibilities:

• Develop and manage 3D models in NX
• Handle BOMs, ECOs, and documentation in Teamcenter
• Apply DFM principles in collaboration with suppliers and launch
• Support feasibility, validation, and release processes
• Work hands-on with the plant team – real-time impact

?? What we need from you:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Automotive or similar)
• Solid experience with NX and Teamcenter
• Knowledge of cockpit and/or seating system components
• English level B2 or above – you'll be working with global teams
• 100% availability to work on-site in Saltillo
