Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Business Analyst – Sales and Distribution (SD) to support and enhance our SAP environment. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, design solutions, and ensure optimal use of SAP SD functionalities to support sales processes, order management, billing, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze requirements related to SAP SD processes.
Design and configure SAP SD modules to meet business needs.
Provide day-to-day support for SAP SD issues, including order-to-cash, pricing, shipping, invoicing, and returns.
Develop functional specifications for custom development and work with technical teams for implementation.
Support SAP SD integration with other modules (MM, FI, WM, etc.).
Participate in testing (unit, integration, UAT) and training activities.
Ensure SAP SD configurations are aligned with best practices and business objectives.
Work on SAP enhancement projects, upgrades, and rollouts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field.
5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SD module.
Strong knowledge of order-to-cash processes.
Experience in SAP configuration and troubleshooting in SD.
Understanding of cross-functional integration with FI, MM, and other modules.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
Ability to work with global teams and manage multiple priorities.
Nice to Have:
Experience with EDI, IDoc processing.
Basic knowledge of ABAP for debugging.
Familiarity with CRM or third-party order processing tools.
