The Industrial PMO Coordinator (Non-IT) coordinates and supports Project Management Organizations (PM) on behalf of the respective CEO/CFO at Business level, to lay the foundation to create sustainable value for our customers with our products, solutions, and services and to improve project results.

 Responsibilities:

• Advise the CEO/ CFO to define adequate Project Management targets for the respective business organization and monitors the achievement of these goals.
• Ensure implementation of and adherence to Corporate Project Management standards in assigned business organization incl. Policy & Control Master Book (PCMB) controls and follows-up on the improvement measures.
• Provide guidance and ensures compliance to PM Siemens standards, which are aligned with methodologies such as PMI or IPMA.
• Contribute to further develop global PM Siemens standards and implements continuous improvement measures in project business.
• Ensure effective cooperation with stakeholders.
• Strengthen appropriate Opportunity Management and Risk Management culture and supports implementation of opportunity and risk methodologies.
• Consult, support, and coach PM Community.

Requirements:

• Advanced English level
• Over 10 years of proven experience in Project Management within the Industrial Sector (Non-IT)
• Certified in PMP, IPMA Level C, or equivalent project management methodologies.
• Experience designing and implementation of Project Management methodologies
• Experience in risk management
• Experience in stakeholder management
• Experience training and coaching team members
• Basis knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards. (desirable)
• General awareness of Information Security standards and frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001). (desirable)
