Job Description
6/8 years of IT experience
The Dynamics Operational Support Role will focus on a singular complex Dynamics 365 CE deployment. This position will sit within in the Level 3 support team that will be responsible for support, maintenance, and limited enhancement of Dynamics platform. This role involves collaboration with other members/departments within Operational Support Organization and will be client facing. An ideal candidate would have extensive experience with highly integrated Dynamics platform with a large user base.
Core Competencies:
· Excellent understanding of the functional capabilities of the D365 CRM Sales & Forecasting module.
· Must demonstrate up-to-date expertise in D365 CRM functional, understanding of Azure and the ability to apply that expertise to operations activities.
· Experience with functional knowledge of Integration within the M365 ecosystem and Microsoft Dataverse/Common Data Service
· Excellent communication and client facing skills

· Relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM certifications are a plus
