Client Services is responsible for providing the highest level of quality client interaction and ensuring excellent internal and external communication to support the client's daily requirements, including management of order processing, facilitating material procurement and inventory management, coordination of production scheduling, invoicing, and issue resolution. This high energy leader will be a key driver in the development and implementation of new order processing and client service systems while supporting multiple business lines with unique internal and external business requirements. This role requires detailed coordination and communication with Operations, Sales, Sales Support and management, as well as an understanding of the business financials.
Education & Experience
University or college degree focused on Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing or Commercial topics
5+ years of experience in Client/Customer Service or Sales with direct client contact
5+ years of experience in building and/or managing team(s)
Proven experience in relationship building with customers at the senior management level
General knowledge of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system functions related to order processing, inventory management, delivery status, reporting, billing & invoicing
Understanding of incoterms
Effective oral and written command of English
Primary Responsibilities
Work closely with Operations, Quality, Sales, Finance, Product Management and Supply Chain to ensure seamless and timely product delivery.
Creates and monitors metrics to ensure client satisfaction and strong team performance. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports (as needed) for management teams.
Build a team of high performance Client Service experts with a focus on understanding client needs, developing strong client relationships, managing expectations and coordinating product availability and delivery in a fast-paced environment.
Set and ensure achievement of the objectives for the Client Services department and for individual team members on an annual basis to obtain optimum efficiency and performance.
Provide first-level client support for incident reporting and management within Client Services.
Effectively and responsibly manage the financial and resource budget for the department.
