We are now looking for a Customer Project Manager, to lead assigned customer projects securing that project goals are met, customer's expectations are fulfilled, and that the customer relation is handled in the best possible way within the scope of the contract
The role demands experience with business understanding on Cloud NFVI technology, stakeholder management, simplifying processes and implementing methods and tools with creative ideas

We are now looking for a Customer Project Manager, to lead assigned customer projects securing that project goals are met, customer's expectations are fulfilled, and that the customer relation is handled in the best possible way within the scope of the contract
The role demands experience with business understanding on Cloud NFVI technology, stakeholder management, simplifying processes and implementing methods and tools with creative ideas
What you will do
- You will establish the project plan baseline: define project scope, secure the vital resources and plans and supervise all activities
- Drive project execution: track project activities, monitor and handle changes, problem solving and critical issues
- Handle customer and partner engagement: leading customer relationship building confidence and trust, ensure project progress arranging meetings and customer events
- Handle project finance: ensure financial system monitoring
- Develop the business: participate to contract preparation and to pre-sales meeting
- Develop the CPM field: simplify processes, methods and tools with creative ideas
- Proficiency with the English Language
- Minimum years of experience in telecommunications: 5 to 8 years
- Experience with Project Management tools and applications
- Can demonstrate ability to adapt to customer's culture, business process and WoW
- Domain experience: Cloud Infrastructure area
- Financial Acumen & Analysis Skills
- PMI certification
- Project Management & Leadership Skills
- Delivering Results & Meeting Customer Expectations
- Problem solving
- Presentation and soft skills
