The Consultant, ServiceNow Reporting is responsible for the end-to-end reporting solution in ServiceNow, including overall strategy, requirements gathering, report/dashboard design, and development.

What you'll be doing

• Defines and implements overall strategy for ServiceNow reporting, including reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics
• Gathers reporting requirements from Product Owners for the various ServiceNow modules used at Baxter (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, SPM, HRSD)
• Designs and develops ServiceNow reporting solutions to collect, analyze, and visualize data to drive data-based decision-making
• Works with business stakeholders to perform User Acceptance Testing
• Identifies and implements requirements for integrating ServiceNow with other systems to send and/or receive data
• Creates and maintains documentation on Performance Analytics, reporting and dashboard configuration
• Establishes reporting best practices, including access levels and delivery mechanisms
• Develops and executes stakeholder training
• Stays up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features, enhancements and best practices related to reporting

What you'll bring

• At least three years in a similar role as ServiceNow Reporting owner
• Deep ServiceNow configuration knowledge, including Performance Analytics
• Thorough knowledge of KPIs, metrics and SLAs
• Proven track record of technology delivery in a high-paced, global, agile team working in multiple time zones

• Knowledge of business analysis processes and concepts
• Experience with Agile development processes and methodologies
• Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to build positive relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into meaningful performance metrics
• Familiarity with data modeling, data visualization, and reporting techniques
• Focus on quality and attention to detail
• ServiceNow certification is a plus
