Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Manufacturing Engineer located in Aguascalientes.

Reporting to the Operations Engineer Manager, Manufacturing Engineer role involves working on new product introduction phase, manage and drive with the CFT the introduction of new plastic parts, following critical activities with the internal CFT to achieve on time the new plastic parts introduction.

What a typical day looks like:

• Manages of new projects integration.
• Meet the request of the customers Internal/External.
• Attends meetings with customers.
• Following mean milestones with CFT and customer status.
• Determine timeframe, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing new project.
• Works with CFT to coordinate activities of Customer Focus Team (CFT) members to ensure program progresses on schedule.
• Assists NPI Manager in any other activity if manager deems necessary.
• In charge of the execution of continuous improvements in the area.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• BA/BS (Industrial, Mechatronic or related engineering).
• Advanced English.
• Experience in Manufacturing or process engineering.
• Experience in dealing with customers & suppliers.
• Intermediate: Excel, power point, outlook, etc.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (Preferably BaaN).
• Lean Manufacturing knowledge.
• Preferably NPI knowledge.
• Preferably Agile knowledge
