To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Lean Intern located in Aguascalientes

Plant Lay Out updating in AutoCAD Mechanical 2022, perform the Standard Work through observation, timing and analysis of times and movements of different areas and stations of the plant, support in continuous improvement projects implementation, training at different levels of the Toy Line course to contribute to a Lean culture.

What a typical day looks like:

• Duties performed in this role vary depending on the business unit, location or product being manufactured. Duties may include, but are not limited to the following:
• Do holistic analysis across operations to determine standards
• Active participation in improvements identification
• Analyze, detect, and correct errors and technical problems
• Contribute to the lean culture of the plant
• Actively participate in continuous improvement projects
• Achieve delivery times agreed
• Ensure quality and veracity in each activity

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Experience as AutoCAD Mechanical 2022
• Experience with 5s methodology
• Experience with Standard Work methodology
• Knowledge Intermedia Excel
• Basic English
• Experience with Databases is also a plus
