Customer Service Analyst

Requirements

• Proficiency in English: verbal and written communication (mandatory)
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• 1 year of experience in administrative processes / Customer service (interaction with U.S. citizens)
• Knowledge of CRM systems (SAP/C) is a plus
• Proficiency in Excel
• Schedule flexibility

Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently process customer orders, returns, and credits
• Assist in resolving customer issues through internal channels
• Review daily order reports, addressing any discrepancies to ensure compliance with customer service level agreements
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
• Support the Customer Service team with administrative tasks

Skills:

• Highly desired skill: Possess dynamic communication skills in English (French is a plus) via email, phone, and virtual meetings
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Self-directed, with high energy and an enthusiastic attitude
• Strong interpersonal, listening, and problem-solving skills
• High degree of resourcefulness, flexibility, adaptability, and prioritization skills
• Basic knowledge of the industry, products, and markets is an advantage
• Analytical thinking skills to break down and solve both simple and complex problems

**Work schedule: Monday to Friday, with flexible availability and willingness to work according to the U.S. work calendar. **
