1 year of experience in administrative processes / Customer service (interaction with U.S. citizens)
Knowledge of CRM systems (SAP/C) is a plus

Responsibilities:
Accurately and efficiently process customer orders, returns, and credits
Assist in resolving customer issues through internal channels
Review daily order reports, addressing any discrepancies to ensure compliance with customer service level agreements
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
Support the Customer Service team with administrative tasks
Skills:
Highly desired skill: Possess dynamic communication skills in English (French is a plus) via email, phone, and virtual meetings
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Self-directed, with high energy and an enthusiastic attitude
Strong interpersonal, listening, and problem-solving skills
High degree of resourcefulness, flexibility, adaptability, and prioritization skills
Basic knowledge of the industry, products, and markets is an advantage
