?? Location: Mexico (100% Remote)

Are you passionate about leading technical teams and building scalable solutions that impact millions? We're looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a key team focused on consumer profile services within a global digital ecosystem.

????? What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of 8 - 10 engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
• Design, build, and scale cloud-native services using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Spring Boot.
• Provide technical guidance and architectural direction to ensure systems are scalable, resilient, and secure.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and other engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Promote best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing, CI/CD, and observability.
• Engage in hands-on coding and troubleshooting when needed.
• Manage the team's delivery roadmap, balancing tech debt, feature development, and operational needs.

?? What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven expertise in building scalable, distributed services in the cloud (GCP).
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Spring Boot, Java, and microservices architecture.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, data modeling, and security best practices.
• Experience in the retail or consumer data domain is a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to balance technical leadership with hands-on contributions.
• Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken) are required.
