Description
The Manufacturing Innovation Engineering Manager will play a crucial role in driving change management and project execution within our Lighthouse Facilities. This team member is responsible for creating an environment that thrives at testing new emerging processes.
They will champion a culture of continuous improvement and change readiness, encouraging employees to embrace innovation and actively participate in improvement initiatives. They will serve as a resource for optimizing new technologies, monitoring results, and disseminating lessons learned from executed projects. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of manufacturing processes.
Role Responsibilities and Scope
Requirements and qualifications
· Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or other related field.
· 6 years of experience in field or similar manufacturing environment.
· 4 to 6 years of project management experience.
· Proven experience in team management.
· Knowledge of manufacturing technologies, automation systems, and Industry 4.0 principles is a plus.
· Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies
· Advanced proficiency in English (mandatory).
· Willingness to travel.
