Responsibilities:
Send the open order report and priority list to production
Develop short- and medium-term production plans
Schedule work orders according to plant capacity
Print Kanban and send them to production
Track expedited orders until shipment
Send the latency report
Monitor inventory levels of work-in-progress and finished goods
Adjust plans in response to demand changes or operational disruptions
Participate in production follow-up and continuous improvement meetings
Generate compliance and production efficiency reports
Develop and maintain accurate material plans to meet production needs
Monitor inventory levels and initiate orders to replenish stock as necessary
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and components
Analyze production schedules to assess material demand and adjust plans accordingly
Use systems to forecast needs and optimize inventory management processes
Quickly identify and resolve inventory shortages or excesses
Generate reports on inventory status, purchasing activities, and supplier performance
Participate in monthly and annual inventories
