Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, such as employment laws, labor laws, and company policies.
Manage employee records, Human Resource Information Systems, and other HR-related documentation.
Stay updated with HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements to ensure effective HR operations.
Manage and update employee compensation information in the HR/Payroll system. (incidents)
Process terminations
Accurately process weekly and bi-weekly employee payroll as the backup for this function.
Bachelor's in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field highly preferred.
