Position Summary:

We are seeking an Animal Scientist to apply advanced knowledge of animal nutrition, genetics, and health management to improve Livestock herd performance and production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Livestock production practices using current research in genetics, nutrition, and housing.
• Develop and monitor feed programs and herd health protocols.
• Manage environmental and housing conditions to optimize animal welfare.
• Analyze production data and recommend improvements.
• Communicate research-based practices to farm teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine and Zootechnics (Medicina Veterinaria y Zootecnia), or a related field.
• Practical experience in Livestock production preferred.
• Strong understanding of nutrition, health, and biosecurity.
• Good communication and data analysis skills.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.
